RTO Skills - Consulting Support Package Option 1

This package includes one x 8-hour consultation block by remote desktop support for $1375 (plus GST) and may include the following depending on your requirements:

• Participation via telephone or Zoom meetings
• RTO related documentation
• Assessment validation-reviews
• Staff PD on compliance issues
• Advising on scope applications
• Advising on non-compliances
• Conducting awareness sessions with compliance staff for CEO or trainers
• Advising on RTO set ups and applications requirements.

RTO Skills - Consulting Support Package Option 2 - Domestic RTO Registration Support

This package includes two x 8-hour consultation blocks by remote desktop support for $6600 (plus GST) and will include the following:

• We provide 2 x 8 hr consultation blocks remotely to assist you with your application requirements
• We set up a shared Dropbox folder and upload a vast number of documents, tools and forms required for the application process and which includes a checklist plan of requirements
• We review trainer files and advise on resource requirements
• We advise on a suitable AVETMISS Platform/Student Database option - please note that the system costs are not included in our fees
• We review suitable venue requirements
• We review the TAS (Training and Assessment Strategies)
• We review your existing website or recommend a website developer for compliance purposes
• We review advertising requirements ie. brochures and flyers
• We supply a set of Quality Management Documents and Tools, RTO policies and procedures and all of the necessary forms and administrative tools you need to administer training and assessment. This is called the Quality Management System (QMS) (RTO Quality Management Systems). Features of the QMS include:
• A unique and innovative approach to compliance documentation
• Focus of a user-friendly design
• Student Handbook
• Hyperlinks from the main document to 2015 Standards, referenced against the respective section in the main document
• Supporting templates i.e. feedback forms, staff qualification matrix
• Relevant VET sector publications
• Weblinks and references to essential VET sector websites
• A detailed index for quick reference
• A separate HR manual & policies and procedures kit
• Receive updates and news or changes
• We will prepare the initial self-assessment registration and assist to complete and submit the application on ASQAnet.

Please note: Delays and scope changes will affect quoted prices, this package is valid for 12 months, additional days (8-hour blocks of consultation time) can be purchased. Site visits are not included in the price and will attract travel and accommodation costs. This does not include the completion of an FVRA or business plan. RTO Skills - Consulting Support Package Option 3 - CRICOS RTO Registration Support

This package includes four x 8-hour consultation days by remote desktop support to assist with your application requirements for $11000 (plus GST) and will include the following 4 new products to:

Once payment has been made, we conduct an initial consultation with you via Zoom to confirm the application requirements and audit process and document the evidence required that will apply to your particular CRICOS RTO position circumstances.

• We set up a Dropbox shared folder and upload a vast number of documents, tools and forms required for the application process and includes a checklist of requirements
• We will also supply you with numerous documents as examples to help guide your development work including example assessment packages, training and assessment strategies, course brochures, business plan samples, student handbook and much more
• We schedule and conduct regular phone calls to review your application and work in progress
• We review trainer files and advise on resource requirements
• We advise on a suitable AVETMISS Platform/Student Database option - please note that the system costs are not included in our fees
• We review suitable venue requirements and advise on 9B compliance requirements
• We review the TAS (Training and Assessment Strategies)

RTO Audits

CRICOS Audit

The CRICOS RTO Audit Service provides an internal audit with a two-day site visit to your RTO by a CRICOS compliance expert.

You will receive a detailed report on your RTO's standard of compliance against the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and the National Code 2018.

Domestic RTO Audit

The Domestic RTO Audit Service provides an internal audit with a one-day site visit to your RTO by an RTO compliance expert. You will receive a detailed report on your RTO's standard of compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.

Remote Desk Audits (Health Check)

A compliance health check-up via remote desktop audit with the provision of an audit report. Includes the review of one qualification and 2 Core Units against the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 clauses 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 1.13, 1.16 and 4.1.
