Wayne is a leader who is results driven. He has 28 years combined experience in the police, security, defence and corporate business space. Wayne has extensive experience in managing and leading teams in both the public and private sectors.
Wayne has a demonstrated strong auditing background and a dedication to ensuring policies and procedures are developed to meet both organisational doctrine and legislative requirements. This includes the conduct of security and safety audits, as well as assisting Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to ensure internal policies and procedures meet registration requirements in an ongoing capacity. Such experiences provide Wayne the ability to succinctly summarise audit and investigative outcomes and provide clear recommendations for improvement, including quality management definitions, concepts, and guidelines.
Wayne is a qualified educator and possesses extensive experience in both the development and delivery of leadership and safety courses. His strengths include the delivery of training courses based upon OHS and WHS legislation, risk management principles and relevant Australian and International standards. Wayne is a highly sought after consultant and BDM for several RTOs in Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates.
Wayne has been consulting to, and auditing for, RTOs for the past 15 Years. He has held multiple positions as CEO and on Boards of RTOs that he has owned and managed. His team are constantly negotiating with the regulators in all states and consulting on many projects such as scope extensions, new RTO registrations, QMS Systems, RTO advice, and contributing to web Groups and Forums. Wayne is a valued member of select panels to government where he is contracted to review training products and packages.

Janine is a dynamic and innovative professional who demonstrates strong leadership and organisational abilities. She has the ability to build and motivate successful and cohesive teams. She has a commercial flair and a proven ability to develop and implement new business opportunities that result in significant improvements in operating procedures, budgetary outcomes and quality of service delivery.
Janine has over 18 years’ experience in Senior Management roles across a number of industry sectors. In these roles, Janine provided strategic planning and business advice for improved operations which were directed toward taking the organisation to the next level. Her focus is placed upon enhancing profitability through team leveraging and client service excellence while developing and implementing programs that add value to the organisation.
Janine also has extensive experience in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector and has worked in and with a number of Registered Training Organisations on business processes and compliance issues. Her extensive experience includes RTO Start-ups, VET FEE-HELP applications, training needs analysis, RTO Health Checks, funding tenders, program design and business development.
Having managed a number of RTO’s, Janine is aware of what impact the recent regulatory changes have had on the RTO’s day to day operations and is constantly working with her clients to ensure they keep up to date with their ever changing compliance obligations.
